Do you make custom display kits?

Yes, we can make a custom display kit for you. Or we can have a current display kit cut for landscape versus portrait designed cards. Just contact us for a custom quote.

How are your products shipped?
We typically use USPS, UPS & DHL Ground shipping unless a customer specifies a different method. We offer FREE Ground Shipping on all orders over $200. We can ship via air or expedited services at an additional cost.

Can I buy the Display Kits without a frame?
Yes, we can supply any of our display kits without a frame. The cost is reduced by $14 per display kit when ordered without a frame. Just select to not have a frame when placing your order online.

Can I use my own Acrylic Card Holders for these display kits?
Maybe, We recommend the Pro-Mold Regular Mini-Snap Acrylic Card Holders for our display kits. Each stock display kit is custom cut to the exact dimensions of these particular card holders. We cannot guarantee that your card holders would fit the card slots properly. A display kit can be custom cut for your specific card holder or dimensions on a custom quote basis. Please contact us for further information on custom quotes. If you wish to use your own Pro-Mold Regular Mini-Snap Acrylic Baseball Card Holders, we can supply our Card display kits without them and will reduce the price of the kit based on the number of card slots on each display. Contact us for a special quote on this service.

Why don't you sell the player Trading / Collector cards with your display kits?
We are a manufacturer of the display kits only. We leave the inventory & procurement of the various trading / collector cards to the experts. There are many forums and websites set up that specialize in finding specific cards for you. Check with our Partner Links for Card Dealers and Web Sites that can find the specific cards you need to complete our display kits.

Who owns DecadeAwards.com?
DecadeAwards.com is owned and operated by Fiery Stock. A company that manufactures the card display kits along with supplying laser engraving and cutting services.

Where are you located? Can I visit your store?
We are exclusively an internet based company and do not have a physical retail store front. Our warehouse is located in San Diego, CA, with offices in Chula Vista, CA.

When will I receive my "Back Ordered" item?
Sometimes we run low on popular items. The typical time to fill a "Back Order" is 3 - 7 business days. If an item is on "Back Order", we will give the customer the option of canceling that portion of their order or having the "In Stock" items ship immediately and the back ordered item ship when it arrives. We include FREE Ground Shipping on all orders over $200 (partial or complete).

What are your shipping and handling charges?

Shipping and handling charges are based on the level of service chosen. We offer FREE ground shipping on all orders shipped within the Continental United States over $200. There is no code to enter. Order $200 or more and select the Standard Shipping Service for free delivery. This represents an additional savings.

All other shipping and handling costs are determined by weight, size, shipping service level, and distance from our location in Southern California to your address. Once you add items to the cart and proceed to the checkout area and enter your shipping information, our on-line system will determine the shipping costs and allow you to select 1 of the 7 shipping options.


Do you offer a printed catalog?

No. We maintain our low prices by exclusively promoting our catalog online. We are constantly adding new items so our product line is always the latest in the industry. Check the website for our current selection.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes. We can ship anywhere in the world. For Canadian and APO/FPO shipments please use our on-line system. Orders are sent by UPS to Canada and USPS for Military Overseas.

Will I be notified when my order is shipped?

Yes, you will receive email notification when your order is shipped. Sometimes these emails may be blocked by your email service. If you do not receive an email please check the order status link on the website for your order status and tracking number.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes, either by using the order status page on the website on by clicking on the link in your email confirmation of shipment to obtain your UPS tracking number and status.

Do you offer shipping insurance?

All awards are insured against loss and damage during shipping at no extra cost to you.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Orders shipped within California will have sales tax added to the invoice. If your state has a sales tax it is your responsibility to pay the sales tax directly to your taxing authority. If you are a California State Exempt Organization then e-mail your "Exempt Organization Certificate" and you will not be charged sales tax.

Can I order by phone?

Yes, if you are uncomfortable using your credit card for internet purchases we can accept your order over the phone.  All personalization information must still be sent by email for your awards to insure the correct spelling on the final product. It is easy to place the order over the internet and safe.
